1. Information Service Only

Sourcinq is an information service. The platform provides AI-assisted wholesale supplier research to support users in their independent sourcing decisions.

Sourcinq does not:

• participate in, facilitate, or have any involvement in any commercial transaction between a user and any supplier identified through the platform;
• act as a broker, agent, intermediary, introducer, or representative of any supplier, brand, or distributor;
• endorse, recommend, or vouch for any supplier, brand, or product listed or returned in search results;
• guarantee the availability, suitability, legitimacy, or willingness to transact of any supplier.

All decisions to contact, engage with, purchase from, or enter into any commercial arrangement with a supplier are made entirely at the user's own risk and judgement. Sourcinq's role ends at delivering research output. Everything that follows is the user's independent responsibility.

2. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Data

2.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence

Sourcinq uses artificial intelligence tools as part of its core processing pipeline.

As a result, some or all of the supplier data returned in any given search result may be AI-generated, AI-structured, or AI-assisted. This means the output has been produced or organised with the involvement of a machine learning model rather than solely through direct human research.

2.2 Labelling of AI-Generated Content

Where search results contain AI-generated or AI-assisted data, this is clearly labelled within the result output. Users should pay particular attention to these labels and treat AI-generated content with an additional degree of scrutiny.

2.3 Manual Review Process

All AI-generated results are placed in a manual review queue. Sourcinq's team reviews results for quality, accuracy, and relevance before they are made available or confirmed in the database. Results that have been reviewed and confirmed by a human operator are marked accordingly.

However, manual review does not guarantee the elimination of all errors. Review is based on available information at the time of review, and supplier data, authorization statuses, and business details can change at any time after review is completed.

2.4 Inherent Limitations of AI-Generated Data

By their nature, AI-generated outputs may contain:

• factual inaccuracies or hallucinations — information that appears plausible but is incorrect;
• outdated information that was accurate at a point in time but is no longer current;
• incomplete information where not all relevant supplier details were available in the data sources processed;
• structural errors in how information has been presented or categorised.

Users must independently verify all supplier data before relying on it for any commercial purpose. AI-generated data should be treated as a research starting point, not a verified fact.

3. Supplier Classification — Advisory Context Only

3.1 Classification Framework

Sourcinq classifies suppliers into the following categories as part of its result output:

• Brand Direct — the supplier appears to be directly connected to the brand's own sales or distribution channel.
• Authorized — the supplier shows indicators consistent with being part of the brand's authorised distribution network.
• Unverified — a supplier source exists but does not show sufficient trust signals to support a higher classification; additional manual validation is recommended.
• Gray — the source shows characteristics associated with grey-market supply, such as non-authorised resale channels or sourcing outside the brand's official distribution network.
• Not Recommended — the source appears high-risk based on available signals and should be approached with significant caution.

3.2 Classification Is Advisory, Not Definitive

These classifications are advisory signals only. They are intended to help users prioritise and structure their own independent supplier research. They do not constitute:

• a legal determination of any supplier's authorisation status;
• a certification, audit, or formal verification of any supplier's credentials;
• a guarantee that a supplier classified as "Authorized" has been directly confirmed as authorised by the relevant brand;
• a guarantee that a supplier classified as "Gray" or "Not Recommended" is in fact unauthorised or illegitimate.

Users must conduct their own verification of any supplier's authorisation status before placing orders, submitting invoices to Amazon, or entering into any commercial arrangement.

3.3 Sources Used for Classification

Sourcinq's classification signals are derived exclusively from reliable and publicly available sources, including:

• official brand websites and their published distributor or reseller pages;
• authorised distributor portals and official partner directories;
• publicly disclosed brand-distributor partnership information;
• records from direct communication with brands or distributors, where available and on file.

Sourcinq does not use the following as classification sources, as they are considered unreliable for this purpose:

• third-party blogs, review sites, or editorial content;
• social media posts or community forums;
• user-submitted reviews or testimonials;
• unverified aggregator databases.

Where information from less reliable sources has been encountered during research, it may be noted in the result under a label such as "Other / Unverified Source" and is explicitly flagged as unreliable context rather than classification evidence.

3.4 Classification Scope Limitations

A supplier classified as "Authorized" or "Brand Direct" may not be authorised for:

• all product lines or SKUs within a brand's catalogue;
• all geographic regions or markets;
• all account types (e.g. a supplier authorised for retail accounts may not be authorised for online marketplace resellers);
• the current period — authorisation agreements between brands and distributors can be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.

A classification reflects the signals available at the time the result was generated or last reviewed. It does not reflect real-time authorisation status.

4. Confidence Scores

Where confidence scores are displayed alongside supplier classifications, these scores are internal algorithmic metrics produced by Sourcinq's processing system.

A confidence score reflects the strength and consistency of the available signals that support a given classification — not an independent external verification, not a formal audit, and not a guarantee of accuracy.

Specifically:

• a high confidence score (e.g. 0.85 or above) means the available signals strongly support the assigned classification, but does not mean the classification is definitively correct;
• a low confidence score means available signals are weak, ambiguous, or conflicting, and the classification should be treated with greater caution;
• confidence scores are not static — they may change as data is updated, reviewed, or expanded.

Users should treat confidence scores as one input in their research process, not as a definitive measure of supplier reliability or authorisation status.

5. Price Information

Where pricing information is displayed in search results, it is provided for indicative purposes only.

Prices shown may:

• reflect historical price data that is no longer current;
• represent a general market range rather than the specific terms available to your account;
• not account for minimum order quantity (MOQ) thresholds that affect per-unit pricing;
• not include freight, handling, import duties, or other applicable costs;
• differ from the pricing you will be quoted when you contact the supplier directly and apply for an account.

Always verify current pricing, MOQ requirements, and full commercial terms directly with the supplier before making any purchasing decision. Sourcinq accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy between prices displayed on the platform and the actual terms offered by a supplier.

6. "Suppliers Not Found" Results

When a search Query returns a result indicating that no verified suppliers were identified, this does not mean that no wholesale suppliers exist for the queried product, brand, or ASIN.

It means that, within Sourcinq's current dataset and the scope of the search performed, no supplier data meeting our minimum verification threshold was identified at the time the Query was processed.

Possible reasons for a "suppliers not found" result include:

• the brand does not operate a wholesale distribution programme;
• the brand's distribution network is not publicly documented or is tightly controlled;
• the product is too new, too niche, or too regionally limited to have generated sufficient publicly available supplier data;
• the queried input did not match any brand or product in our current database.

A "suppliers not found" result does not indicate a platform malfunction. Analytical work was performed in processing the Query, and the Query is counted as used accordingly. See the Refund Policy at sourcinq.com/refund-policy for details.

7. Amazon Policy Compliance

Sourcinq does not guarantee that any supplier identified through the platform, or any invoice obtained from such a supplier, will satisfy Amazon's requirements for:

• category or brand ungating;
• invoice authenticity verification;
• authorised reseller status;
• any other Amazon seller compliance requirement.

Amazon's policies regarding authorised resellers, invoice requirements, and intellectual property are determined solely by Amazon.com, Inc. and are subject to change at any time. Compliance with Amazon's policies is solely the user's responsibility.

Sourcinq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Amazon.com, Inc. Any reference to Amazon, Amazon FBA, or related terms is made for descriptive purposes only to identify the use case of our users and does not imply any commercial relationship or endorsement.

8. Third-Party Supplier Websites and External Links

Search results may include links to or references to third-party supplier websites. Sourcinq has no control over the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of those websites.

The inclusion of a supplier website in Sourcinq's results does not constitute an endorsement of that website, its content, its products, or its business practices. Sourcinq is not responsible for any content, claim, or damage arising from your use of any third-party website accessed through or referenced in our results.

When you visit a third-party website, you do so at your own risk and subject to that website's own terms and privacy policy.

9. No Professional or Legal Advice

Nothing on the Sourcinq platform — including search results, supplier classifications, confidence scores, notes, labels, or any other content — constitutes or should be interpreted as:

• legal advice of any kind, including advice on intellectual property rights, authorisation requirements, or contract terms;
• financial advice, including advice on the profitability, viability, or risk of any business decision;
• business consultancy or a recommendation to engage with any specific supplier, product category, or market.

Users who require guidance on legal compliance, supplier due diligence, Amazon policy interpretation, or any other matter with significant commercial or legal implications should consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals in their jurisdiction.

10. Data Currency and Accuracy

Supplier information, authorisation statuses, business details, pricing, and contact information are subject to change at any time. Sourcinq updates its database on an ongoing basis, but no guarantee is made that any specific piece of data in the platform reflects the current real-world status of a supplier or its relationship with a brand.

Sourcinq's data reflects the state of publicly available information as of the time a result was generated or last reviewed. Time-sensitive decisions — such as placing a large order, applying for ungating, or entering a new supplier relationship — should always be based on direct, up-to-date confirmation from the supplier or brand, not solely on Sourcinq's results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LEX RESO LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or otherwise — arising from:

• reliance on any supplier data, classification, confidence score, price information, or other content provided by the platform;
• any commercial decision, transaction, or agreement made based wholly or partly on Sourcinq's results;
• any failure of a supplier to be authorised, available, or willing to transact as suggested by platform data;
• any Amazon policy enforcement action, account suspension, or ungating rejection arising from use of supplier information obtained through Sourcinq;
• inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated or AI-assisted data, including data that has undergone manual review.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
